IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION

The Blanding’s turtle is considered an endangered species that is a semi aquatic turtle living in wetland areas. Residence that live on Manitou Lake wetlands report seeing the Blanding turtle.

If you have never paid to have the weeds treated in front of your property you MUST fill out the DEQ authorization form and send it in with your payment.

2026 WEED TREATMENT

$390 per Household

$360 for weeds - $30 for Dues

($60 for General Maintenance
Non-Lakefront Resident)
